GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Chamber of Commerce registration
Van Taal is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under the number 08122584.
It is owned by Natasja van Dulmen, a certificated trainer Dutch language (NT2).

Intakes
During the intake, teacher and student get to know each other. They discuss:
– The goals, wishes and expectations
– Previous language courses and an assessment of the language level
– Lesson location and method (online or on-site; book)
– Other arrangements (payment, rescheduling or cancellation of lessons)
If multiple intakes are taken for an assignment, the agreed hourly rate applies.

Quotations
Quotes are non-binding and valid for 30 days unless otherwise indicated. After the assignment is confirmed via email, the training can start.

Cancellation/rescheduling lessons
The client/course participant is allowed to reschedule a maximum of one lesson of the training.
This must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Later cancellation is considered a no show.
A training course must be completed within 1 year.

Payment
Payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
Dutch classes are exempted from VAT.
